Another Short Film Shot and Edited on iPhone 4
Filmmakers have already begun to explore the functionality of the iPhone 4 as a production tool. Yesterday, I posted a short documentary shot entirely on the iPhone. This short, produced by Michael Koerbel and Anna Elizabeth James, was not only shot on the device, but edited, too, using the available iMovie app.
"Apple of My Eye" isn't a very good film (sorry, guys), but it's a good example of what can be done with the equipment. There's some fairly impressive low-budget technical work being done here. If you're interested in knowing more about the process, most of the video's runtime consists of behind-the-scenes footage.
