Sneak Preview of the Hyundai Santa Fe 2013
The new Hyundai Santa Fe is back with a renewed vigor and will see the light of the day in 2013. The new Santa Fe has been elongated with a long-wheelbase and will easily seat up to six to seven occupants. It will also mark the end of the Hyundai Veracruz from the company’s lineup.
The tweaks to the Hyundai Santa Fe are also a part of the company’s plan to save a few extra bucks.
For those short on budget Hyundai will also launch a five-passenger variant dubbed as the Santa Fe Sport. The Sport variant is expected to hit the markets before the heat of the summer begins this year. This was revealed at the just concluded New York auto show. Meanwhile the full size Hyundai Santa Fe will have three rows of seats and make it to the roads in January 2013.
The company also clarified that the outgoing Veracruz and upcoming Santa Fe will not share the same sales strategy.
In terms of the exterior looks the 2013 Santa Fe gets the shot of Hyundai Verna Fluidic design philosophy. The exterior design changes include a hexagonal three-bar grille, LED-accents and a bold line that has no qualms about its sporty nature. The Santa Fe's interior will also have an all-new design.
The new avatar of the Santa Fe is expected to be a darling with the likes of the family audience and is a perfect getaway companion with your kids.
The Santa Fe has donned the mantle of being the best seller from the house of Hyundai in the U.S. right from its inception in 2000.Continued on the next page
