They founded the business with a simple mission, to bake the very best cheesecakes with the finest ingredients as humanly possible. They started with the promise of fine products made with care and love making personally connections with their customers and finish with their commitment to do good in their community.
“It can be fun, stressful and difficult all at the same time.” Karen explains when asked about running a small yet popular family business. “We need to keep up with our customer's demands, keep our products at their best quality, and bake constantly to keep up with orders.”

The Pacific Cheesecake Company make an astoundingly wide range of cheesecakes from savoury delights such as a Garden Vegetable cheesecake to seasonal offerings including a Halloween pumpkin flavour and a Christmassy eggnog version, to the more usual traditional vanilla, chocolate and strawberry flavours. “Red Velvet is our biggest seller, however, we have many that make the #2 list.” Karen explains, “Coconut mango, caramel pecan turtle, white chocolate salted caramel, lemon pie and so on.”
And rather a surprisingly “We make a Sweet Lemon Basil that is extremely popular. Other savoury cheesecakes we make include bleu cheese, gorgonzola apricot, pancetta date, and more.”
Karen his high hopes for her business, “We would like to expand and open other locations.” she tells me along and growing step by step with this little family business will be their commitment to help others in their local community and further a field. “As we grow, we will have the ability to reach more people, allowing them to taste our fine products and personal service which will enable us to do even more in our community.” is the mission that Karen and her son’s can be justly proud of.
